Everything related to a gluten-free diet seems very daunting at first and can stay this way for a few years if there’s not enough support available. After receiving my Coeliac Disease diagnosis, I quickly realised how little attention I paid about this disease or any other allergies before. Or how important it is to completely cut out any traces of gluten from my life after being the diagnosis. There’s a lot of help, advice and support available through Coeliac UK, if you’re struggling.
