This frozen kale smoothie bowl is naturally gluten free and low in sugar, perfect for a healthy summer breakfast. As I have learned to love a good smoothie bowl only recently it has become something that I look forward to. This is one easy smoothie bowl recipes – free from gluten and dairy.
I washed and froze the curly kale after realising the fresh product I had bought in bulk had a short date. So it is very easy to just take as much as you need every morning from the freezer without worrying it will go off. Apparently, of all the super healthy greens, kale is king, according to Healthline. Part of the cabbage family, it is packed with useful nutrients while low on calories so why not boost your health easily with this green smoothie bowl.
