Ingredients
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp grated fresh cucumber
3 pc canned anchovy fillets
fresh spinach to garnish
dried dill, lemon pepper and fine sea salt to taste
Directions
- Mix the seasoning, sour cream and cucumber in a bowl to make the tartar sauce.
- Place the flatbreads on a plate and top up with sauce, anchovies and garnish.
