Make this easy and low-sugar green smoothie as a healthy pick-me-up snack or when you want to make sure you’re getting what your body needs when trying to maintain a healthy weight.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 small banana, peeled

  • 1 handful spinach, washed

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Directions

  • Break the banana into smaller pieces and add all other ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass and enjoy!
